Civ 5 on my iMac

I have a 2.2ghz dual core imac. 2mg RAM. Radeon x1600 w/ 128 mb
Was wondering if anyone has a similar spec imac and is running Civilization 5 successfully on it.
Apprciate any help.

Civ 5 runs acceptably well on most Macs until later in the game when more of the map is revealed. You can help the situation by turning down graphics options and playing on smaller maps.

Thanks for the quick respose. Never played any games on my mac. You have any exp. With red alert or sim city on a mac in regards to performance and graphics as well.

No problems. I run it on a lesser Powerbook and a similar iMac with no worries.

Yes, it can bog a touch later in the game, but not horribly in my experience. It all depends on what you can tolerate.

All in all it runs well and has few issues.
