looking for an app for an invoice with a spot for a signature

i'm looking to transfer all my hand-written invoices to electronic. I've looked at many apps but i need an app where i can enter my own description of the sale and have a spot a customer can sign their signature. are their any apps out there?

Like UPS and FedEx do. Great idea. I hope someone has an app.
