Hi everyone,
I have been cruising the net all day searching for help on this - my click wheel won't respond and no matter what I do I cannot get my ipod to reset.
I have tried restoring the factory settings and then trying to reset it both before and after syncing any data to the ipod.
I have tried resetting plugged into power, no power, itunes.
I have tried letting the battery run out and then recharging it.
The screen just stay stuck - either on the language select page if after restoring and not syncing. Or, on the first music menu after restoring and syncing.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any help is appreciated.
I bought it in 2010.
