How to find what is backed-up in the icloud interms of email/calendar/notes/tasks,etc?

Example, can we view messages from inbox/sent/other folders which are backed-up. Is there a a way to see other items backed-up in the icloud. According to Apple SMS,imessage are also backed up in the icloud.

Is there a way to view and perform selective restore on the backed-up items. How long backups are kept ?. How far user can go and restore. Example, can user restore email/documents, SMS, imessages from the last 30 days.. ?

Any information or links will be appreciated

Settings.app -> icloud -> storage & backup -> manage storage -> select your backup

No

No, full restore only. They'll be kept long enough. It keeps an incremental record of backups, you can select older ones, but i dont recall how far back it goes. 30days would be a little silly, most users will want to restore most recent.
