I'm hoping that Apple reconsiders, refusing to go like they did just maked them look spoiled or something.
I either hope they decide to go or have a pretty damn good reason why they decided not to by 2004.

IDG can't go back to New York, the Boston deal's been signed.
They also can't expect to have an expo without Apple.
I think Think Secret's right, this has to be a negotiation ploy. Word 'round the campfire is that Apple was already fuming over not having Boston's financial benefits not being passed on to them so I think their just betting on IDG's bluff.
Either that or MWB 2004 is really gonna suck:mad:

Who cares about the MWNY or MWBoston, I want to know what is going to happen at MWSF 2004, the 20th anniversary of the Macintosh! Who is going to be there? What is going to happen? What will Apple do to celebrate? The announcement of Apple going 64-bits? Will we get a special 20th Anniversary Macintosh G5??
I think this more important than any whining over the location of the east coast MW, its just Apple trying to wean us off of the MW new product announcements.

Will still be a MWSF & MWBoston. 20th Anniversary should be a special event. Power Mac G6? Think Power Mac G5 64bit & PPC 970 in '03. :)
