Help with my Apple TV

My Apple TV screen image gets cut off ever since I did an update. What can I do to get it back? It is a 42" 720p Sceptre tv.

Is your tv aspect ratio set correctly (zoom, stretch, screen fit, ect)?

If that's set correctly, there are video options that can be changed on your ATV.

All the way at the right is a settings menu for video.
 
I had looked for that but couldn't find it. Your post made me look for it again and I found it. It worked. It was set to zoom. I blame the 2 yr. old.
