Hi all-

I am currently in the possesssion of a slightly old but generally great PB G4/867 12". The SuperDrive, however, is dying a slow death, and is now unable to record anything. I contacted PowerBookResQ and they said they'd replace the SuperDrive with a dual layer 8x Panasonic DVD-R burner for $289.99. Anyone on here had experience with them? Can I trust them? It seems like a very fair deal.

Thanks,
Andrew

Bad Sign...

Well... I called to inquire about a repair, and got the telephone run-a-round. Sent an e-mail, and this came back
