How to access Podcasts in iTunes

Anyone who watched the entire WWDC keynote saw Steve demo Podcasting in iTunes. Is that a feature/capability that's not available in iTunes yet? If not, is there a projected date when it will be available? If it IS already available, how do I access it?

I believe that Steve said a couple of weeks ago that podcasting would be available in 60 days. So maybe the first of August or so? It looks like a great feature and far superior to what exists today.
 
Accessing and subscribing to podcasts will be a feature of iTunes 4.9, not yet available...
