I think Apple have thought about as different as they possibly could, and judging from the howls of outrage on these forums, many dedicated Mac users can't think quite that differently.....

Thinking different (sic) sometimes means doing something no-on expects or likes.

Apple truly are thinking different.

Actually, it seems all the rave to switch to the ppc, Apple is just going against the tide.

Nice job. But the Mac is just much more than the microprocessor. Other x86 owners won't be running Mac OS X! That is what makes us different. :D
