IE in OSX Favorites

Does anyone now where i can find IEs favorites folder in OSX 10.2.1.

I cant find it but i know that it has *.url files. Finder cant find them either.

I think microsoft has buried them deep in the OS to stop people editing them but i want to bring my old ones over from my PC.

cant you just choose export favorites and save
them to your desktop? its under the file menu
i think... in IE.

Thats not what i am after. i need to take them from my PC to my mac and put them in the folder where they are stored. Thanks anyway
