Apple tv 2 and aperture

Hi all

I'm having issues with Atv2 not finding all of my photos. I have around 6000 and apple tv has on found 79. Any thoughts


I recently changed from iPhoto to Aperture and apple tv found all 6000 photos.

I'm sure it is something I've done but just can't figure it out
