Is the PB in your sig a 15" or 17"? I have a friend who might be interested in trading his 15" for your dual 2, but if you're really looking for a 12" there'd be no point. Thanks.

Would you be willing to go with the AppleStore Education pricing of a current DP 2.0Ghz G5 plus whatever prices I find for your added components? Mind you the current G5 has a 16x Super Drive. If so I might be interested in getting your system rather than a new one from Apple.
I'll get back to you on what price I come up with... would you rather I PM you so that we don't have #s floating around the forums or do you not mind?

Edit: Holy God you have a lot of extras! when i first glanced at your offer I saw the 17" and was sort of iffy about the deal, but with Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and Office I'm affraid that this system is probably a bit too rich for my budget. srry :(

actually my price would not be that bad, i would you pm me about the extras(final cut, office etc(they are NOT illegal, but there are some trade factors with them, like they cannot be installed on another machine, etc, I do video editing for my job and this computer is licensed to use Final Cut and Adobe, so the software was not directly purchased by me, but rather through a grant for this machine which is totally mine. the only question i have is what are u interested in, my computer is well equiped and an original g5 with top end components and motherboard specs, so it is a good machine, monitor is also up for sale with this package, this is one of the last ADC computers and the monitor is the last of the ADC Studio Displays(beautiful design, monitor and screen)
For the other person, sorry the pbook in my sig is a 15, but i sold it in order to get a 12 incher and now i am more mobile, so i have been thinking about moving out of the desktop market(god i wish there was a pbook g5) and into the mobile completely.
