i know there are tonnes of "powerbook temp" and "powerbook fan" threads, but they all seem to be about 12" powerbooks.
what is the usual temperature graph for a 17" powerbook? even just web browsing the fans always seem to turn on and off, they dont stay on for very long, its like 5 mins on and 5 mins off.
altough it never gets really hot...the fans are very often on
i have only noticed this ever since i accidentally borrowed a friends 45 watt power charger (powerbook 17" and 15" use 65 watt chargers) even after i got my 65 watt back its still happening, im not sure if its just becuase i noticed it more becuase i was worried or if its becuase somthing is broken, would somone help me out...thanks
P.S i would really appreciate it if somone would put a temperature graph using temperature monitor on this thread...thanks
EDIT: oh..and yah i checked my activity monitor and the CPU usage averages out at about 15%
