i know this 1.5GB file isn't a doc!!

so i have a 1.5GB .dmg that gives me a single 1.5GB document file. is there any program that i need to open it up? i have stuffit expander, but that doesnt work...

Where is the file from? How can you have a 1.5GB disk image and not know what it contains?

try rename the extension to mov, wmv, or mpg. It's prob. some porn that u downloaded earlier. lol 🙂 .. it's ok. .we understand.. ^,^ haha
