Bread pudding (served hot) with rum and butter sauce, or bananas Foster served with homemade vanilla ice cream, or a simple slice of pecan pie.
 
Hard to answer... it would be either mille-feuille, cream puff or chocolate-raspberry tart.🙂

I prefer the Antarctic desert personally...

dessert like the meal has two "s"'s because you want more of it, desert like the place has one "s" because you want less of it

I haven't had bananas foster in ages, I think it's time to go to the rum store!
 
Whatever I'm in the mood for or whatever I happen to have around if I'm at home. I'm partial to cheesecake or ice cream. Lately at home it's been homemade chocolate dipped biscotti and macchiato.
 
I like something that cleans the palet and that isn't heavy. Sometimes I just like a nice cup of warm tea other times plain ole Vanilla Bean ice cream. 🙂
