iOS How to add video to a tab bar controller?

I am fairly new to Iphone programming and I want to know how to write coding which allows you to click a button labelled 'Play Video', on a tab bar controller, which leads to a video player, which automatically plays a chosen video and has the capabilities to pause, fast forward, rewind and has volume control.

If anyone can assist me on this it would be greatly appreciated.

In the view Controller concerning the Tab, you just open up a video, by using the standard framework of Apple, think it's MediaPlayer or so. With just 1 google search, this couldve been done.. The standard mediaplayer provides pause/play etc buttons.
