View CPU usage?

How do I view CPU usage? Like the alt+ctrl+del in Windows.

/Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor

or using Terminal.app: with the 'top' command

or use a Dashboard widget (Edit: On second thought, this is a bad idea since the widgets uses quite a bit CPU/memory when Dashboard is showing.)

or use another monitor like XRG (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/16761) to display that (and more) on your Desktop.
