Would this be good for video editing

I mainly use Adobe Premiere Pro Cs4/5

Would it be good enough for edits of HD music videos?

I wouldn't use it for more than some minor cuts it iMovie. Not for CS4/5 though

Only if you invest the time to transcode the source video into a proper editing format using a proper editing codec.
