It seems my iTunes match is acting up on my iPad. It usually works on my iPhone, my macs, but. My iPad stops after every song.

Mine works fine...
Do you have the music on your iPad or do you listen to it "on the fly"?
Maybe your iPad disconnects from the network while listening... and if there's no network, the next song couldn't be loaded, so it stops after each song...
It might also help to deactivate the iTunes match account, restart you iPad and then reactivate it again...
But you could also try to restore it "as new" (Don't use a backup)
