Disable internal speakers?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to disable sound from the internal speakers but if some one plugs in like head phones they get sound??

Unplug speakers and turn the volume all the way down. Now plug in speakers and set the volume where you want it. There are two separate volume settings for internal and external speakers.
 
Settings perhaps?
