Synching Ipod and Computer

Does anyone out there know how I can synch my Ipod classic to my computer without erasing the existing playlists that are already on the Ipod? I am running Windows Vista on a PC.

if you sync your ipod classic some of 1G or 2G then you have to upgrade your iOS.
