Hi

Have a Imac with 12gb ram and was wondering how i can speed it up,dosent feel as quick as it should be...

Thanks

Just curious. How is running the firewall going to speed things up? That one doesn't make sense to me. It's early, so maybe i'm missing something simple. 😕

It won't speed things up or slow things down, but it's recommended for security. Items 16-18 are for security.

I have a 64 GB one and use an internal HDD for music, movies etc. Dual booting iMacs are the best of both World's without having to spend a fortune on a large capacity SSD.

All other files are stored on the Internal SSD.

If you don't fancy dual booting, you can always sling an external HDD off the back.
