Just updated iTunes, all of my music vanished

The music is still on my computer and on my new iPhone (bought it last weekend)

I have spent a lot of time doing playlists for various situations and activities and now everything is gone

Is there anyway to get everything back like 1 hour ago?

Have you enabled Time Machine on your Mac?

If so, you can use that to restore.
