lost close button options

Hi Guys (first time here)

I seem to have lost the 'close' & 'minimise' buttons on all tabs????
Anyone help please? I've trawled through all setups.

What application are you talking about or do you mean the red, yellow and green traffic lights on the top left of every window of every application?
Does it also happen in another, even temporarily created, user account?

Can you take a screenshot of your screen (By pressing Shift + Command + 3 at the same time)
