I am confused. Many folks reacted in horror to the news that the Snow Leopard 2012-001 Security Update on Feb 3 screwed up Rosetta such that several Power PC apps, Quicken being one, didn't work properly, or at all. I understand from reading the forums and other sources that these failures didn't affect everyone - curious.

I have two Mac systems - a 2008 Mac Pro and 2011 Macbook Pro. The 1.0 version of the security update was applied to both systems. And my Quicken 2007 (very fortunately) ran fine on both systems. Then version 1.1 of the Security Update was applied to my Mac Pro on Feb 13 - and Quicken stopped working. I'm leaving the Macbook Pro alone until this is all resolved.

Has anyone experienced a problem with the latest update which was supposed to FIX the problem with Rosetta? Am I missing something here?
