how do i uninstall with a mac?

Good question. I'd like to know this myself as all I've done in the past is drag and drop applications into the trash.

That is exactly what you are supposed to do if the application did not come with an desinstaller. It does leave some preference files around but they don't harm your system, they just take up a little bit of space.

is their a universal uninstaller i can use

Just do a search in Finder and delete the program and the preferences. That IS the univeral uninstaller.
