Subscribe to news?

sorry if this is blatantly obvious and i just havn't been seeing the subscribe button, but is there a way to get the MR news sent to my inbox? like subscribing to a thread only for the frontpage?

There's an RSS feed from the front page and from MacBytes

If you navigate the Forums (the News Forum as an example: Link (http://forums.macrumors.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4 )) you can use Forum Tools to subscribe to forums, and email you whenever something happens (I think, I've never subscribed to a Forum, just individual threads).

You can subscribe to a forum and get daily or weekly updates, but not instant ones.
