One of my favorites as well. The Animals do a great version of this song, but I still prefer the original for obvious reasons.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, I believe John Lee Hooker played this song in the Blues Brothers movie. Not the crappy one that came out a few years back, the one from the 80's.
