Hey all,

Was curious if anyone knows a method for disabling the check media when burning in iTunes? Like if you burn a CD it asks to insert blank media then checks it and then you have to hit the burn button again, when it's done checking the media, for it to even start burning.

Is there a way for it to automatically start burning after it checks? Or disable the media checking?

Thanks.

in preferences memory click on the cd icon then select ignore when you put a blank cd.

Preferences where? In iTunes? If you are speaking of the CD/DVD Media preference pane then that is set like that.

I'm more or less talking about the iTunes having to double click burn disk once for it to check the media then after it checks just to get it to start burning.

There is no preference for auto burn after iTunes checks the media. It's not a real advanced burning tool, but it's sufficient.
