So this is probably a stupid question. I've got Parallels 7 running, I use it all the time. It's in the mode where I don't see the windows desktop. What I can't seem to find is how to get back to the mac app and see the various VM's and other options? I launch the Parallels app and then it runs in the background I assume, but can't ever find a menu bar to get at items? Anybody know what I'm doing wrong? It's driving me crazy.

There may be a more elegant method, but I know two different ways:

Right-click on the parallels icon in the toolbar (to launch the Windows start menu) and shut down windows. When it shuts down, you'll get the parallels window.

or

Left-click on the parallels icon in the toolbar and select 'Exit Coherence'. You'll then have access to the Parallels menu in the toolbar.
