Looking for Folder Syncing Software

I'm looking for a file / folder syncing software or ulility similar to the Briefcase feature in XP. Any suggestions?

Synchronize! X Plus (http://www.qdea.com/pages/downloads1.html) looks like a good software package for doing what you want. It doesn't have its own page, so you'll have to scroll down to the section of the page I linked to about it.

I have no clue what that briefcase feature you're talking about is, but if you want to synchronize folders, the best app out there is FoldersSynchronizer (http://www.softobe.com/products/flsy/pp.html). One of the very few shareware apps that I thought was worth buying for me; I tried loads of other apps, this was the best. Great support, and awesome for backups, too!
