I was just wondering what was used to make this website. IPB? HTML? Im curious.

As far as I can tell... HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, jQuery, vBulletin for the forum software (written in PHP).

To give an official answer: WordPress with relatively heavy customization on the front end and vBulletin 3.8.x in the forums.
