Music on iPhone not in Playlist selected

I have set iTunes to only sync a specific smart playlist that includes exclusions of all my daughter's music. Unfortunately, I will randomly get assaulted by a headbanger POP song. In iTunes under the Sync Music section, I've selected "Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres."

I just encountered "What Goes Around by Alesana and it IS NOT in my playlist. How do I get this music off my phone?
