Playlists in Quicktime

This may be a silly question, but can you create playlists in quicktime? I have a bunch of music videos, and it would be nice if I could set up an itunes style playlist but for video and in Quicktime. Also, does anybody know any way to make quicktime windows always stay on top?

I think neither of these work. But if you want a playlist you can use VLC.
