I recall seeing an article on Mac Rumors or Appleinsider that Apple posted a series of videos/articles on getting started from ground zero. I can't seem to find it. Did I imagine it? It would be a good thing to put in the programming reference page... if it exists.

What I remember recently seeing mentioned a few places was Start Developing iOS Apps Today (http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#referencelibrary/GettingStarted/RoadMapiOS/Introduction/Introduction.html). I don't see any videos for that. In the iOS Developer Library this is also a Getting Started (https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/navigation/#section=Resource%20Types&topic=Getting%20Started) set of links. The OS X counter part to that is here (https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/navigation/#section=Resource%20Types&topic=Getting%20Started).

The WWDC 2011 videos are also available (https://developer.apple.com/videos/wwdc/2011/), but you need to log in with a developer account, which has a free variant. Those are not 'getting started' videos.

It was the iOS getting started link you posted. I remember seeing the 'timeline' graphic. Thanks!
