A MUST for all newbies to iPad is get AppStart for iPad 2012, which is a FREE app for the time being. Even if you've had an iPad before, you should get this app.

It's a very well done guide for what the iPad can do and some very great apps to do it all with.

It's not really instructions. It's a very good visual guide, more like a review of all features, but with no video, just well designed visuals, with a section for many different use types and apps to do it. Check out the URL and you'll see what I mean.
