I'm starting to use Spotlight comments more and more to organize my work with Smart Folders. I have a whole bunch of files to add comments to, and I'm creating new ones regularly.

I guess I will have to go through the old files manually to add comments, has anyone found a slick way to do this that's better than Command-I every file and type the comments in?

Also for new files, when I do a Save-As it would be great if there was a field in the save dialog box to add comments before you save the file, but it seems I have to save the file, then find it with Finder, then do the Command-I, and then type the comments. Seems long winded to me, has anyone found a better way?

TIA

Thanks, that speeds things up a bit - I created a workflow and saved as a Finder plug-in.
