I'm not exactly sure how to describe this, but it seems that the problem is this:
Whenever I activate the personal hotspot feature on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1, the navigation and touch input gets all...wonky. Overly sensitive, sometimes one tap is registered as two taps, touching one area of the screen registers the touch in a completely different area of the screen, just bizarre stuff. It's almost like I'm using a pc with a trackpad and a mouse, and my palm resting on the trackpad causes the cursor to go haywire when I want to use the mouse exclusively. That's really the closest experience I've had computer wise to compare my experience with. I've rebooted the phone to no avail, and it seems that what causes the bug is activating the personal hotspot.
Does anyone else have this problem?
