I'd like to see these two features added to iCloud:
1 - Sync playback status for Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts across all devices in real-time. Apple already offers this service in iBooks, so why not for other media?
2 - Upgraded version of the old MobileMe Galleries. iPhoto for iOS already has Photo Journals, but I really hope they expand Photo Journals to iPhoto for Mac and offer other photo-sharing features. Why can't I allow other people to see my PhotoStream on the Web if I enable it? People could subscribe to my PhotoStream, sort of like Flickr. I should also be able to access my PhotoStream from iCloud.com.
