Strange Color Problems with Lion

I have a MacBook Pro running 10.7.3. Recently, my Mac has had some color problems. I don't know what sets is off, but sometimes the colors get messed up. Some colors just invert. For example, with the desktop background picture with the galaxy, some colors change to pink. I can fix it temporarily by just going to a hot corner and starting the screensaver; when the screensaver stops, the colors are back to normal. Easy fix, but annoying to have to stop what I am doing each time the colors invert. Does any body have a suggestion as to what is happening and how to stop it.
