http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820155111 i bought one of these when they were $200 and it was good. i am about to buy another one (maybe 2, they are so cheap). no worries with them, i havent heard anything bad at all about it, and when i did have it, it was fast and reliable.

hey
get crucial, it is the cheapest and best memory for your powerbook.

Newegg is the best thing ever.. I buy all my PC crap from there.. You can build a PC a $1500 PC for $700 from NewEgg.
I bought 2x512MB of Mushkin from there for my PM G5, had it in about 2 days. All for $90 shipped.

Make sure before you order you have a no-cost return policy from the vendor: you don't want to be out $20 shipping and possibly re-stocking fees if it doesn't work.
The NewEgg RAM is not guaranteed to be compatible with Powerbooks. The experience of the other poster may not be applicable on your machine, especially the 15" 1.0 GHz and 1.25 GHz machines which are much more sensitive to RAM compatibility than the 1.5 and 1.67 models.
Thanks

Crucial is seldom the cheapest of the guaranteed Mac-compatible RAM vendors. They do make a good product and have done an excellent job advertising their name. Crucial is a safe bet if you use their RAM configurator to choose the correct models for your Mac.
I also like Data Memory Systems www.datamem.com
Thanks
