How do you email iPhone videos?

I took a 2 minute video with my iphone 4S and I want to send it on e-mail. I imported it into windows and tried to send the original file but it was too big.

So I went into Windows Live Movie Maker and saved it "for e-mail," but it was still too big to send.

How am I supposed to get a large video file from my iphone to send through e-mail?
