Converting Numbers spreadsheet to an Excel file

I have a iPad 2 with Numbers installed. I need to convert whatever Numbers spreadsheets I create on the iPad to a Excel spreadsheet to people.

How may I be able to do this?

Pages on the iPad has a Share and Print option which you can email/export docs as Word docs, PDF files. I would bet Numbers has a similar option. I don't have Numbers on my iPad yet so I can't look for it for you.
