First name, last name ordering by language

Is there a way for the stock Address Book app to arrange first names and last names based on the language the name is in? In Korean, for example, names are written last-first, so any name in Korean appears like that, but Western names appear first-last.

If no, can someone recommend a third party app that does this?

Unfortunately, Address Book is not that sophisticated. It's either ordered by first name or last name for the whole Address Book. There's no detection that could determine if an individual name is Western or Korean. I'm not aware of any 3rd party app that can do what you want.
