There are no Canadian taxes on shipments out of country. The seller charges GST (and provincial tax) in Canada only if they are a registered tax-reporting company, not as an individual.
If you're thinking GTA was tax, nope. That's the Greater Tranna Area to you, me and the rest of us who don't live in the epicenter of Canada.

I guess I'm lame to the postage game from US-->Cananda.. I have shipped stuff UPS from me (Buffalo, NY) to just the other side of the boarder (Kitchener, Ontario), and the poor person was raped with charges..
Maybe it's different coming into the US, but I know next time I'll just smuggle stuff in (and then go out for some Canadian Ballet). ;)
