I have all my MS Live and Gmail Accounts but I don't see my iCloud email even though I have "Mail" turned on in settings for iCloud.

Don't see iCloud email in email accounts list

Check under Settings / Mail, Contacts, Calendars. You need to see "iCloud" with a number of selections.
