iPod How to publish a Podcast?

A podcast is an RSS feed. The links simply point to audio files instead of regular Web pages. Podcasting isn't really made for publishing a single audio file, it should be a series of audio files, like a blog.

See http://www.ipodder.org/directory/4/podcasts/documentation for information on setting up a podcast. You would have to get this all started before submitting a link to Apple.
