iMessage Not Working

I have a 3G iPod Touch running iOS 5, iMessage has been giving me a '!' Not Delivered message, so, I tried to turn iNessage off and then on, I tried to log back on, I enter in my username and password, I hit next, it jumps to the verify screen and then jumps back to the "Log In" screen.

Any ideas?

Try restarting the phone...that fixed it for me.
