Apple Content on Roku?

No (legally), Roku can play .mp4 or m4v (and some private channels support ACC playback) however it cannot decoded iTunes DRM, you need an "Authorized" device to play itunes' content.
* There are works around that cannot be dicuss on this forums, google is your friend (actually Roku forums have ton of info on that)

As above - music yes*, video no.
(* iTunes music a few years back also had DRM, and this wouldn't be playable on the Roku)
