Hello,

I can see there are a number of WoW threads already so I hope this new thread doesnt step on anyone's toes....

I have a new mac and the thing is a lot of people will have similar systems so I am wondering what video display settings people are using in WoW for their mac.

I have a 15" powerbook 1.67 with 128mb video and 1 gig normal ram.

I am currently running WoW on all highest settings except terrain distance which I have at about 1/3 to 1/2 of best. At full it does get a little choppy outside. As it is at the moment, it does get choppy every now and then on the griffin but mostly fine.
These options are more detailed than the default and when I enabled them I didnt experience much difference in speed - slight slowdown but much better visual's overall - especially the water...

post your video settings here - especially interested in fellow powerbook users!!

joel.

ps. powerbook users do you find the display setting for your desktop of "sRGB" instead of "Apple Lcd" to be better colours - - contrast? (not in warcraft)
